This pack does NOT add any CS:S models or textures to Gmod, only contents are scripts, vgui for spawn icons, a few scope textures and two sounds. This pack has basically lost support(Im still working on new things to add but if its not perfect I scrap it), however when it breaks from an update, I will be here to fix it. I just disagree with the unpredictability of spread and the use of horizontal recoil. By all means Im not bragging about my base, it's pretty mediocre. There werent alot of bases out here at first, however the ones that were had a very cenimatic feel to them. This pack was greatly inspired from his work. When Gmod 13 was released it broke most swep bases out there that had an arcade feel, my favorite being Leeroys CSS base. My goal was for an arcade feel for recoil and spread.
You successfully mounted CSS to your game and shouldn't run into much of any missing textures or models while you're playing.This is a pretty basic write up of a weapons base. While at the start menu look in the bottom right hand corner and click the little controller iconįind Counter Strike: Source and click the checkboxĪnd you're done.
Open up the game from your Steam Library and play it (At least til you get to the start menu)Įxit out of the game and open up Garry's Mod I highly recommend using it if you're having trouble doing it manually.

If you don't already own Counter Strike: Source then I'd recommend buying it while it's on sale for the holidays, however, if you don't want to buy and install a game you'll probably never play then you can follow this guide to get the models and textures for free. The most common reason why you're seeing this is that you don't own/have Counter-Strike: Source installed and mounted to Garry's Mod. I know it looks bad but that's pretty normal, (if you plan on playing Gmod, or any Source Engine game for that matter, you'll run into this a lot) and easy to fix. You probably just bought Gmod and joined a server only to be greeted by something like this, am I right?ĭon't worry, there's actually nothing wrong. If your game looks like this then buy this or follow this, alternatively here's a video if you prefer.
